The website promotes the sale of MyEra products and allows customers to browse, shop and place orders online.

Product Pricing & Availability

All products displayed on this website are subject to availability.
MyEra reserves the right to change, update or discontinue any product, price, promotion, description or specification displayed on the website at any time without prior notice. MyEra will not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience or damages arising from such changes.

While we do our best to ensure that all product information, pricing and availability are accurate, errors may occur. MyEra reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time.

Orders & Lead Times

MyEra products are made per order. Because of this, please allow a 7 to 12 working day lead time from the date your order is placed.

Lead times may vary slightly during busy periods, large sales, product launches, public holidays or periods of high order volumes. We will always do our best to keep your order moving as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

MyEra ships locally within South Africa.

Once your order has been completed and handed over to our courier service, local delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on your delivery location.
Shipping for orders under R1500 will be charged at a flat rate of R90.

Orders over R1500 qualify for free shipping.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, strikes, high-volume sale periods, incorrect delivery details or circumstances outside of MyEra control.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier service, the delivery process is managed by the courier. MyEra cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, nor can we guarantee delivery by a specific date once the parcel has left our premises.

Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and complete.

MyEra will not be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must follow the process and requirements set out in that policy.
